Fridays Childrens classes

The Friday kids classes are divided into 2 x 1 hour sessions.

The first session is focussed on helping beginners and intermediate level karate students. These are fun filled sessions which will introduce children to self discipline and focus as well as being good for fitness. Karate is also well known for developing self confidence and these sessions are a great introduction for children as young as 4 years old.

The second session is for children who have already trained in karate and achieved several gradings who want to push themselves further. Many of the children in this class compete at a national level to a very high standard.
