The Leeds Karate Academy regularly undertakes grading examinations which are nationally and internationally recognised (through the Karate Union of Great Britain and World Shotokan Karate Association).

The club's kyu gradings are taken by senior instructors appointed by the KUGB Technical Commitee at periods of 3 months.

At the last grading on March 7th under Sensei Garry Harford 7th Dan, 76 people graded. Due to the numbers, we will only show on here those from 6th Kyu upwards that passed and are LKA Dojo members.
